Wireless and Peecher

The Oconee County Library is offering a course on wireless technology for beginners at 3 p.m. Nov. 27. The course is designed to teach the basics of wireless technology and how to set it up at home. Topics include wireless printing, hot spots and security. Registration is required.

Also, the library is hosting a reading with Rob Peecher, publisher of The Oconee Leader, at 7 p.m. Nov. 28. Peecher will talk about his fiction novel “Jackson Speed: The Hero of El Teneria.” The reading is open to the public. For information call (706) 769-3950.
