Food safety program

The Oconee/Athens-Clarke County Cooperative Extension will hold a Manager’s ServSafe Food Handler’s Course on Feb. 12-13 at the Oconee Civic Center. The course meets requirements of the Food & Drug Administration’s Food Code and the Georgia Rules & Regulations for food service. Class size is limited and preregistration is required.
